PORTION is in development. This website, the documentation and the simulator are provided for information only. Nothing on them is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any token, security or other financial instrument, and nothing is a promise of returns.
Descriptions of the protocol reflect current design intent and may change before or after launch. Figures shown in the simulator and marked as simulated are illustrative. They are not historical data and not a forecast.

Nature of portions
Portions are prepaid service vouchers. Each one entitles its holder to a defined quantity of a defined service from a defined provider, until a defined date. They are designed to be consumed, and they are burned when used. They do not represent equity, debt, profit share or any claim on PORTION or on a provider beyond the service described and, in case of a slash, the refund rules of the protocol.
A provider that issues portions is solely responsible for the service it sells and for complying with the laws that apply to it.
$PRTN
$PRTN is not live. When launched, it is intended as a utility and coordination token: collateral for provider bonds, stake for watchers, and a governance instrument. It carries no promise of value, yield or return.
Restricted jurisdictions
Access to the protocol interfaces may be restricted for persons located in, or residents of, jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions, and in jurisdictions where offering or using the protocol would require a licence or registration that has not been obtained. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply to you.
Contract addresses
The only source of truth for PORTION contract addresses, including $PRTN, is x.com/PortionBase. PORTION will never ask you to send funds to an address to receive tokens.
